Bending tools
Our bending tools are developed for bending different profiles and tubes from D5 to D220mm. According to your requirements we can deliver tools with one or several planes.
Depending on the bending materials and tasks, the components of our tools are made from steel, special bronze or from plastics. We are pleased to offer you – on the base of our years of experience – the optimum material for the procuring tools.
Generally our bending tools consist of the following components that are optimized – in conformity with the “Schlueter-standard” and in view of the material selection - for the use in a complete bending tool by Schlueter-tools:
As required you may order these components – e.g the wearing parts – also separate. Of course we are able to produce separate components or complete bending tools beyond our standard.
Experience has shown that our high-quality bending tools can be used in the customer’s production process without long set-up times. At the same time they are brilliant steadiness.
