taking over of a firm in Cologne-Niehl: The constructed tools can be made in own production. New firm name: „Gerhard Schlüter Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau“. |

Extentsion of the production possibilities by moving in bigger rooms (Johannesstr. 28, Cologne-Pesch) |

2004 |
Beate Karwowski, the Schlüter’s daughter, becomes an authorized representative of Schlueter-toolmaking an mechanical engineering. The firm celebrates ist 30th anniversary. |

2006 |
Comissioning of the first 5-axes millingmachine |

2007 |
Beate Karwowski takes over the firm as sole owner. Purchasing of a portable measuring arm: Now, Schlueter-tools is able to measure the produced tools prompt and on the spot.

2008 |
Changing of the legal form: The company’s name („Gerhard Schlüter Werkzeug- u. Maschinenbau e.K.“) changes into „Schlüter - tools GmbH & Co. KG“. Beate Karwowski becomes managing director.
The machinery is expanded by a modern turning lathe and a second 5-axes-milling machine. Gerhard Schlüter, the company’s founder, dies in april 2008. |

Our quality management received official certification in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Dipl.-Ing.(FH) Martin Karwowski becomes an authorized representative of Schlueter-tools. |
